How Flip Flops Can Help You Sell More Insurance

- Handle a regular team meeting in a coffee shop, sunny venue or amusement park
- Visit a local park. Take your shoes off, play a little, and brainstorm a lot; that next big idea might occur during recess
- Bring your pets to work (for ½ day) and take pictures
- Encourage friendly office competition with prizes paid out bi-weekly
- Have a “Wheel of Fun” that employees spin to earn gift cards or other prizes
