Business Analyst/Tech Support Position

Digital Marketing Company located in Warwick, RI is interviewing for a Business Analyst/Technical Support position.

Daily Responsibilities:

First Level Technical Support for Company Software Products

• Required to build business requirements and business functional specifications for new functionality
• Produce technical requirements for software engineers based off business requirements
• Work with software engineering group on developing estimates
• Part of the initial customer design group

Required Software Skills:

• Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, Access, and Outlook
• MS SQL
• Oracle – knowledge

Additional Qualifications (Essential):

• Expert technical writing skills
• Expert-level of analytic skills
• Documentation excellence
• Project management
• Proven deadline deliverables for small and large systems implementations
• Expert problem solving skills
• Oracle - PL SQL knowledge
• Access
• Data mapping

Key Experience (environments, projects, and implementations necessary or ideal for this role):

• Minimum 5+ years of experience working as a financial systems business analyst
• Business liaison
• Specific experience working with reconcilement
• Project management
• Testing
• Third party application experience
• CRM knowledge (a major plus)
• Previous reconcilement exposure (a major plus)
• BA skills
• College Degree
