Astonish Results is looking for a hard working, self motivated Project Manager, AKA: “Raving Fan Manager” (RFM) to join our team.

Raving Fan Manager Responsibilities:

• Be the main point of contact for their Astonish clients and help grow their businesses through various digital marketing strategies, aggressive sales strategies and savvy search strategies
• Communicate clearly and often with clients to discuss different marketing strategies and Internet best practices
• The RFM takes on the role of a trainer, a project manager, a business partner, a marketing manager, a sales coach, customer service, tech support, and business analyst for each client.
• Manage client’s expectations, manage tasks, and manage your time.
• Responsible for training and developing stronger clients (phone skills, sales techniques, customer service, organization, time management, etc…)
• Educate and assist clients in using, maintaining and maximizing our proprietary technology.
• Create and develop consistent marketing strategies and email campaigns for clients
• Introduce new marketing techniques to attract the modern consumer while using our tools to AIDE in their sales and marketing strategies
• Responsible for benchmarking progress and overall ROI of each client.
• Must understand current Internet marketing concepts, email marketing, social networking, and a working knowledge of SEO

Education/Experience Requirements:
A 4 year degree is preferred or experience in digital marketing, customer relationship management or equivalent customer service/sales experience.
