Paid Search Specialist

We are searching for a Paid Search Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on paid search campaigns for clients. This position is based in Warwick, RI (no telecommuting).

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage and optimize successful pay per click (PPC) campaigns on various paid search networks.
  • Experience with PPC keyword research/development
  • Write & create copy for paid search media campaign ads.
  • Ongoing management of all campaigns including reporting, analysis and optimization.
  • Communicate regularly with clients on status, timeline, budget, deliverables, performance reporting, and competitive intelligence analysis.
  • Full ownership over client satisfaction and positive results.
  • Continually monitor the paid search landscape, and work with management to develop new product offerings.

Requirements that will assist you in doing the job

  • BA/BS or working toward some type of degree or certification in Marketing, Advertising, or a related discipline (although… we find musicians make great PPC people…. Go figure.)
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of proven success managing paid keyword programs required.
  • Strong, working understanding of the Search Engine Marketing industry, including major players and supporting technologies.
  • Agency experience a plus.
  • Experience with bid management tools a plus.
  • Strong execution and implementation skills.
  • Solid understanding of web analytics tools and advanced Excel skills required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of organic Search Engine Optimization a plus.
